Working with in-house management expertise
For those who are happy to instruct Phillips & Leigh when required - and do not want or need a more proactive service - we offer cost-effective services.  Our records and database give the client confidence that its intellectual property records are kept accurately.

Product development and brand origination
We are frequently requested to engage in: “invention spotting” reviews; product development seminars; discussions with marketing people; training in intellectual property.
This may mean regular attendance at the client’s premises.

Outsourced services for corporate clients
We act, within agreed parameters, to secure the intellectual property that clients require. We are instructed, at our initiative, to: secure rights; obtain instructions from parts of the business; deal with official objections; negotiate with third parties. Such corporate clients monitor our work as a cost-centre, without wishing to retain in-house resources.
